Air Abrasion

Air Abrasion technology and service is a means whereby some types of restorative care can be prepared without the use of needle anesthesia. This type of preparation can also be used during the placement of Pit & Fissure Sealants and "Air Polishing" during preventive procedures (stain removal) as well as with 'tooth shaded fillings".

Depending on the involvement and depth of caries (decay) or problem, Air Abrasion is an excellent, convenient and comfortable means of tooth preparation for restorative and/or preventive-sealant placement.
