Patient Referral Documentation

There may be times when a patient needs a referral to a specialist office (such as Oral Surgery, Periodontal, Endodontic or Orthodontic). Providing the "referral to" office has internet capability, a patients documentation as to why the referral is requested and appointed can be sent almost instantly via secure internet. X-Rays, oral imaging and documentation can be sent for the referral doctor to instantly see the films and images that are needed for diagnosis and subsequent care. If internet is not available at the 'referral to' office, then that needed documentation can then either be printed and mailed or 'burned' to a disc and then forwarded to that speciality office.
