Service
Using state of the art diagnostics such as Intra and Exra-oral imaging, digitized radiographs (x-rays), Routine Exams for Oral Cancer and Pre-Oral Cancer screening, Oral CDx brush biopsy, etc., our office strives to make sure a complete diagnosis is completed prior to the development of a plan of treatment. Treatment planning then to include various options to care as well as options as to type of materials and fabrications (fixed & removable prosthodontics) in order that our patient are well informed as to 'what they have and what they need".
Financial - Dental insurance/Benefit Plans
We routinely submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your dental insurance or dental benefit plan. All major dental are accepted as well as being able to submit some services to your medical insurance or benefit plan. This office participates wth a limited number of PPO plans - contact the business staff for more details as to PPO plans.
Dental Insurance/Benefit plans are a tremendous help in providing financial assistance in payment for dental services and care; but not all plans are equal in their allowances or coverage and there are several services and procedures which are routinely NOT covered under many of the insurance/benefit plans or in some cases considered avaialble for 'alternate benefits' by the insurance/benefit plan carrier which lessens their responsiblity but increases the patient's financial responsiblity. Dental Insurance/Benefit plans are intended to assist in payment for services, NOT to be the sole means of dental care payment. Co-payments and remaining balances after plan payments are the responsibility of the patient.
We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a payment plan (Care Credit) can be custom designed with an appropriate payment schedule to meet your specific needs anc can be arranged through our office for you, or you can 'go online' to complete the application. Many times a plan can be arranged with no interest of finance charges for up to 12 months. (Application for Care Credit can be downloaded & printed from this site if needed or go to: Care Credit for online submission). OtherForms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, and most major credit cards.
Cancellation - Broken Appoinements
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice. Failure to keep (broken appointments) 2 appointments in a row without adequate notification will result in a patient's account being inactivated with no further appointments to then be available.
